Train your PATIENCE, FOCUS AND CO-ORDINATION
Rules of Cups
GAME 1
- Spread out 10-15 cups randomly.
- Test you pace with 1 hand and switch.
- Play 5 rounds each and see if your times improve.
GAME 2
- Hands on the table and stack 10 cups as fast as you can.
- After stacking, place both hands on the table.
- Then straight away bring the stack down.
- If you know over at any stage, start again, but note that still counts for 1 attempt.
- Time your five attempts and see notice how your time and movement flows
